Main requirements:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience.
  • Extensive coding experience.
  • Experience as architect or technical lead or similar.
  • Strong DevOps mindset and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Ability to build networks and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in automotive software development toolchains is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, testing, and deployment of embedded software.
  • Drive automation for software testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and testers to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize build and deployment processes for reliability, speed, and security.
  • Help the team deliver commitments supporting an efficient software toolchain for Volvo Group developers.
Required hard skills:
  • CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
  • Automation of software testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud technologies, and related CI/CD tools.
  • Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Embedded software toolchain development experience.
