This role focuses on developing and driving processes for vulnerability management and security controls within Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, supporting secure and compliant product creation per regulatory requirements.
Main requirements:
- Strong insight into cybersecurity work at a business operational level
- Experience with strengthening organizational cybersecurity by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities
- Strong documentation and visualization skills with goal setting and planning abilities
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud) and methodologies like Lean-Agile / DevSecOps
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on identifying potential vulnerabilities and risks in complex systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Driven to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities and stay updated on cybersecurity trends
- Motivated to promote awareness and best practices organization-wide
- Enthusiastic about using innovative technology to enhance defenses and continuous improvement of technical and administrative security controls and vulnerability management
Responsibilities:
- Lead development, implementation, and management of vulnerability management strategies
- Monitor processes to identify, evaluate, and report security vulnerabilities effectively
- Maintain and develop documentation of standards and procedures; define tactical plans, visions, and goals in vulnerability management and security controls
- Determine necessary security requirements for correct implementation in platforms, products, solutions, and components
- Propose and drive improvements in security technologies and procedures to strengthen cyber threat defenses
- Investigate and understand vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, and security status of assets to monitor and respond to cyber threats
- Perform regular quality assurance to ensure compliance with cybersecurity control frameworks, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as part of a supportive team environment
