A Business Analyst role focused on digitalization and manufacturing for a global company in Västerås, with a primary objective to support production expansion and the creation of a robotics campus through requirements analysis, process mapping, and digitalization initiatives.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in requirements analysis and business systems, preferably SAP
  • Good understanding of business flows and digitalization in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with complex processes
Responsibilities:
  • Support projects and line organization in advisory and operational roles
  • Focus on requirements analysis, process mapping, and improvement work
  • Development of smart and functioning processes or technical solutions
  • Gather, analyze and document requirements for data mapping in production lines
  • Design business process mapping and improvement proposals
  • Serve as an advisor in digitalization and collaborate closely with engineering teams on automated production cell projects
Required hard skills:
