Fristads seeks an engaged IT Application Support professional to provide second and third-line support for e-commerce platforms, integration, and ERP systems. The role involves collaboration with internal users, external partners, and developers to ensure high-quality, efficient IT solutions that support business processes.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working with e-commerce and integration platforms, EDI systems, and IT applications or relevant academic degree.
  • Experience with ERP systems and understanding of business processes.
  • Proficient in writing and understanding SQL code.
  • Experience with monitoring systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driving license (B).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users and external partners for e-commerce platforms, integration, and ERP applications.
  • Implement and optimize electronic data interchange (EDI) to support business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and efficiency.
  • Document processes and provide user training.
