Lead and drive the future development of ERP systems and business processes with strategic influence at ROL. Manage IFS Cloud transition and serve as a global expert resource.
Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in IT, Engineering or Economics
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems in complex organizations, preferably manufacturing industry
  • Several years of experience with ERP implementation and management, ideally with IFS expertise
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft platforms and database management, especially SQL
  • Experience leading projects combining strategic thinking with operational drive
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English
  • Service-oriented, pedagogical, positive attitude towards user support
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and in teams
  • Meticulous and structured work approach
  • Humble with a team-first mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Lead development projects to maximize use of IFS and its modules across the group
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, customizing and implementing new features and system integrations such as BI solutions
  • Act as strategic partner to develop work processes ensuring maximum business benefit
  • Serve as expert support and mentor for global superusers
  • Play key role in ongoing implementation and future development of IFS Cloud
