Responsible for managing projects from customer requirements to delivery, ensuring structure, timing, and budget adherence with technical understanding and clear communication.
Main requirements:
  • Experience leading IT projects of various sizes
  • Ability to maintain timelines, act business-minded through requirement gathering, and organize project documentation
  • Good technical understanding of systems and integrations (non-developer)
  • Professional, clear, and businesslike communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
Responsibilities:
  • Lead 1–2 parallel IT projects with strong business focus
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and delivery goals
  • Act as requirement provider towards customer – define scope, additions, and timing
  • Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal development teams
  • Be flexible and solution-oriented facing unexpected situations while maintaining structure and direction
  • Follow up and ensure documentation, business rules, and project boundaries
Required hard skills:
