The role involves managing technical scope and quality in early-phase industrial engineering projects.
Main requirements:
  • Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in engineering/project management within an industrial environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in at least one engineering discipline and ability to engage with others.
  • Proficiency in engineering design tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Sweden PR/citizenship or valid Sweden work permit.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering studies overseeing design, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive technical engineering deliverables from concept to completion.
  • Manage external engineering partners ensuring high-quality results.
  • Develop technical requirements and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct technical reviews such as HAZOP, design, and constructability reviews ensuring compliance.
  • Support procurement including vendor document review.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
