Cadett AB is seeking a CAD Consultant for their headquarters in Järfälla. This role involves supporting customers in their use of Cadett ELSA, an advanced CAD tool for electrical schematic design, through support, training, consulting assignments, and documentation. The position offers work with advanced technology in an established Swedish software company with international ambitions.
Main requirements:
- Interest in CAD, especially electrical schematics
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Providing user support
- Conducting online and in-person courses
- Consulting assignments such as user support, installation, configuration, adaptations
- Creating user documentation such as manuals, help functions and handbooks
- Possibly simple programming tasks
- Collaboration with product management and support team
Required hard skills:
- Communication skills in Swedish and English
- Knowledge and interest in CAD, particularly electrical schematics
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with Cadett ELSA
- Experience with other electrical schematic CAD tools
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Knowledge of German
- Knowledge in electrical construction or industrial automation
Soft skills:
