Lead the further development of HelpHero's offer platform by combining deep technical expertise with leadership and innovation. You'll be a key figure in the development team, coding, coaching, and driving technical decisions forward.
Main requirements:
  • 5+ years software development experience, including leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience with modern backend and frontend technologies, especially Node.js, Next.js, and React.
  • Experience with PHP/MySQL is a plus due to legacy systems.
  • Ability to translate commercial thinking into technical solutions.
  • Background in lead generation, preferably via Google Ads and Meta.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in adapting technology to business strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive implementation of new technology and actively work with AI and innovation in the product.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure technology supports business goals.
  • Lead and inspire the development team daily—hands-on coding, coaching, and driving progress.
  • Make technical decisions about architecture, languages, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Ensure technical quality through best practices, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
