Main requirements:
  • Technical higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years development experience, preferably from early product development stages and in global tech companies.
  • Experience in leadership roles such as team lead or development manager.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Deepen knowledge in VPN technology and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Responsible for prioritization and designing the roadmap for the app team.
  • Lead and coordinate the team to ensure technical quality, clear direction, and high delivery capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams responsible for server infrastructure.
  • Participate in the management group contributing technical and strategic understanding.
Required hard skills:
