Senior Service Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated technician to contribute to our client's ongoing growth with a creative and positive work environment. The position starts as a consulting assignment with the intention to transition into a permanent role with the client. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks.
  • Strong business-oriented approach and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for service excellence and customer focus.
  • Very good administrative knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, MS365, ticket handling processes, documentation and follow-up.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networks, clients, and cloud solutions.
  • Self-driven and able to find appropriate solutions independently.
  • Good analytical skills and quality awareness.
  • Ability to quickly learn new IT-related skills and processes.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a Senior Service Desk Agent handling both 1st and 2nd line support issues.
  • Provide broad IT support including password resets, hardware and software support, client and application support.
  • Troubleshoot and administer servers.
  • Coordinate and liaise with third-party suppliers.
  • Deliver high service quality and excellent customer interaction.
  • Proactively work to ensure high availability and improve the client's IT environment.
