Seeking a Team Coach to work closely with four teams in the BI and Data Analysis product area at Västtrafik. The role supports teams in developing work methods and collaboration within an agile environment, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Main requirements:
  • Experience coaching teams in an agile environment
  • Ability to develop and improve work methods based on continuous improvement and experimental approaches
  • Skills in facilitating meetings such as planning sessions and retrospectives
  • Experience working with teams and product owners to maintain focus on roadmap and goals
  • Ability to build functional collaborations within and between teams and across the organization
Responsibilities:
  • Support and coach four teams within the BI and Data Analysis product area
  • Maintain oversight of roadmap, planning, and prioritization
  • Facilitate collaboration internally and with the broader organization
  • Support and develop usage of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Lead and facilitate joint meetings and forums including planning and retrospectives
  • Communicate strategy and long-term plans clearly and inspiringly
  • Act as a connecting link between teams to build shared understanding of priorities and common goals
Required hard skills:
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Proficiency in using Confluence and ServiceNow
  • Strategic and tactical planning capabilities
