Incident Manager

As an Incident Manager at Bankomat, you will work together with colleagues and external suppliers to quickly and effectively handle all incoming incidents. You will be part of the central IT department, sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and working according to ITIL processes. The role requires a strong operational ability combined with tactical thinking, high coordination skills, structure, and pragmatism. You contribute to stable operations and ensure the right resources are mobilized during critical situations.
Main requirements:
- Good experience in incident management with ability to coordinate, drive, document and follow up on incidents.
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Experience with outsourced IT environments and collaboration with major system suppliers.
- Post-secondary education and several years of relevant professional experience in the same or related role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships related to incident handling.
- Coordinate and manage all incidents according to ITIL processes ensuring quick restoration of services.
- Participate in audits and risk analyses and monitor incident management to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop routines for incident and problem management and create learning from past incidents while supporting the organization through training.
- Responsible for the JIRA incident management system.
