We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with at least 7 years of experience to join Techster Solutions during an exciting growth phase. Main requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in automotive testing or similar role
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical and Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of automotive engineering and software testing methodologies
- Proficiency in planning and executing test strategies
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute software testing strategies and plans
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks within CI/CD environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
- Influence and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
