We are seeking an experienced test leader who has practical experience with test plans, test cases, and structured testing in various project environments. You are used to taking responsibility for the test process from start to finish and have the ability to translate requirements into concrete test activities.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience leading test planning and executing tests in complex system environments with multiple integrations
  • Experience creating test plans and resource planning in close cooperation with project stakeholders
  • Experience deriving test cases for acceptance testing from requirements and requirement documents
  • Experience compiling test results into test reports as a basis for delivery approval
  • Experience from public sector assignments
  • Relevant education and current professional experience in IT domain
  • At least two assignments completed as an IT consultant in the role of test leader
  • Proficient in Swedish language
Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans in collaboration with business representatives based on requirement documentation
  • Plan testing activities: determine what should be tested, by whom, and when
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of testing activities
  • Review IT and information security requirements, collect evidence, and document both planning and execution
  • Record protocols regarding functional requirements, integrations, migration, and security-related aspects to ensure traceability and quality throughout the process
