Shift-based Service Desk Technician

This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, and documenting technical issues primarily for major Carrier and hyperscale customers. Work in shifts at a modern office in Stockholm with opportunities for remote work during certain shifts. The position demands responsibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Main requirements:
  • Education in networking and telecommunications - university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or internal IT
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge from Cisco courses (e.g., CCNA or higher) is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers, colleagues, and subcontractors using the issue management system
  • Resolve customer incidents related to alerts or outages
  • Troubleshoot, handle escalations, and dispatch cases for balanced workload distribution
  • Document and produce reports (RFO/RCA) for major outages
  • Contribute to improving routines and processes within the Service Desk
Required hard skills:
  • Network and telecommunications knowledge

  • Cisco networking knowledge (preferably CCNA level or higher)
