Intelligence Analyst - Technical Profile

Join FRA and contribute to Sweden's security and integrity by working on unique intelligence assignments. This role involves analyzing large amounts of technical data, producing reports, and supporting national and international intelligence efforts within a high-security environment.
Main requirements:
- Academic degree in engineering, political science, military science, or relevant field, or equivalent knowledge from experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in military affairs and platforms
- Knowledge or interest in defense, foreign, and security policy
- Interest in technology from a user perspective
- Experience producing documentation and reports in governmental or investigative environments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor developments within assigned production area
- Analyze and process large volumes of often technical material individually and collaboratively
- Produce intelligence reports
- Adapt production according to operational and client needs
- Represent the production area and FRA nationally and internationally as needed
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Required hard skills:
- Analytical skills with experience using technical systems or tools
- Experience in security, foreign, or defense policy fields
- Experience in intelligence work or technology-oriented roles
- Knowledge of Russian language
Recommended hard skills:
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Experience working with technical support systems
