SAP Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for establishing and structuring detailed planning and progress monitoring of ongoing projects. This role assists in resolving issues affecting release scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources, and involves taking responsibility within project management tasks for upcoming go-lives.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience establishing program and project planning beyond basic project management.
  • Proven experience in program management and portfolio planning covering both business and system aspects, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with SAP implementation projects and understanding of related organizational challenges.
  • Experience with project planning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and structure planning at program and project levels to ensure timely and successful delivery of upcoming go-lives and dependencies.
  • Measure and monitor progress on specific activities to ensure Program delivery on time, including coordination of status updates and reporting from different workstreams.
  • Assist in resolving issues affecting release scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Drive key areas within program management.
  • Collaborate closely with workstreams for successful planning, communication, and coordination with external partners such as customers and vendors.
