Join Norion Bank's Cybersecurity Team as a Vendor Manager focused on overseeing ICT suppliers to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to information and cybersecurity. This role involves vendor lifecycle management, developing vendor governance processes, interpreting regulations, managing risks, and coaching colleagues.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in procurement or IT auditing
  • Experience with vendor management, review or risk assessment in IT
  • Ability to understand and interpret laws and regulatory requirements such as DORA
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience from finance or regulated industry is meritorious
  • Background in information or cybersecurity is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in entire vendor lifecycle from procurement to ongoing follow-up and potential phasing out
  • Develop, improve and implement efficient vendor management processes together with the Vendor Manager function
  • Establish a structured governance model for control and compliance monitoring of vendors
  • Interpret and translate current and upcoming regulations into relevant requirements
  • Identify, manage, and monitor risks related to vendor relationships
  • Coach colleagues regarding regulations and requirements relevant to vendor relations
