Senior Informatics Specialist to strengthen Malmö city's IT and digitalization department's competency in information management to support the city's digital transformation through sustainable information handling.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education preferably in informatics or systems science or equivalent experience
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English
  • Experience in analysis and mapping of organizational information needs and flows
  • Experience in modeling information
  • Experience planning and leading workshops
  • Experience working with informatics standards
  • Experience working in a large and complex organization
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the information architect to achieve effective, data-driven operations with high-quality information access
  • Work closely with Malmö city departments as qualified support and advisor to find sustainable and feasible information management solutions
  • Concept and information modeling
  • Develop and implement methods and specifications for shared and functional information handling
  • Advise and work on standardizing information according to relevant international and national standards, classifications, and code lists
  • Plan, lead, and conduct competence-building activities within the scope
  • Monitor developments within the area of responsibility
