As a SAP Support Governance and Quality Coordinator at Tetra Pak, you will manage IT service operations for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will act as a key link between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external providers, overseeing vendor relationships and driving operational excellence in a global environment.
Main requirements:
  • Completed university or college degree in IT, business, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lund office with some remote flexibility.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong ownership of tasks.
  • Strong documentation skills and cultural awareness for international collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery according to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Own and refine IT service operations for delivering SAP S/4HANA services.
  • Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Stay updated with IT vendor development pipelines to leverage vendor-led innovation.
  • Conduct quality checks on documentation, incident handling, and change records to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
