Senior Backend Developer role based in Karlskrona, Sweden, focusing on backend development of secure, scalable services using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless technologies for SIM management and ordering systems. This is an on-site full-time position within a collaborative, agile team emphasizing clean code, automated testing, and ownership.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Strong experience with AWS serverless architecture including EventBridge, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3
  • Proficient in writing automated tests (unit and integration)
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement event-driven backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Develop and integrate AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and S3
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests
  • Use AWS SAM for infrastructure as code
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product stakeholders
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions
  • Integrate backend services with BSS/Telco systems such as subscriptions and billing
  • Participate in architectural planning and conduct code reviews
  • Promote a transparent and supportive team environment
