Senior Computer Vision Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to develop and optimize perception models for 3D point cloud data, design real-time algorithms for object detection, classification, and tracking, and collaborate to integrate these into end-to-end systems using latest computer vision and machine learning technologies.
Main requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field focusing on computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, or robotics
- Minimum 5 years industry experience developing computer vision algorithms for real-world applications, preferably automotive or robotics
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++
- Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of computer vision principles like feature extraction, object detection, tracking, and recognition
- Experience with deterministic and learning-based perception models
- Hands-on experience with 3D sensor technologies including event cameras, LiDAR, or depth cameras, and expertise in point cloud processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive, self-driven working style
- Strong communication abilities to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize perception models for processing 3D point cloud data
- Design and implement real-time algorithms for object detection, classification, and tracking using 3D sensor inputs
- Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to integrate perception components into complete end-to-end systems
- Conduct performance analysis and optimize for latency and accuracy
- Apply latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and sensor technologies to improve systems
- Contribute to a collaborative culture emphasizing problem-solving, innovation, and open dialogue
