Main requirements:
- Interest and passion for IT and technology
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges independently and in teams
- Calmness under stress
- Gymnasium level education, preferably IT-related
- Minimum three years of experience in system and IT-related tasks
- Fluent in Swedish and English, orally and written
- Security and confidentiality awareness
- Satisfactory police clearance required
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support and assist Sector Alarm staff with IT issues
- Install and maintain computers, printers, networks
- Document processes and routines
- Participate in IT-related projects and implement new solutions
- Collaborate with counterparts in the group on IT projects and cases
Required hard skills:
- Experience with hardware support for computers and peripherals
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
- Experience with knowledge base tools such as Confluence
