Main requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges independently and in teams

  • Gymnasium level education, preferably IT-related
  • Minimum three years of experience in system and IT-related tasks
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, orally and written
  • Security and confidentiality awareness
  • Satisfactory police clearance required
Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support and assist Sector Alarm staff with IT issues
  • Install and maintain computers, printers, networks
  • Document processes and routines
  • Participate in IT-related projects and implement new solutions
  • Collaborate with counterparts in the group on IT projects and cases
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with hardware support for computers and peripherals
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Experience with knowledge base tools such as Confluence
