We are looking for a service-oriented IT specialist who acts as the link between technology and users, ensuring seamless digital products and services that improve everyday life. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of end-user needs, business processes, digital products and platforms, and interests in relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations. The role involves continuously developing and improving IT services.
Main requirements:
  • Good understanding of end-users’ needs, business processes, digital products and platforms
  • General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations
  • General knowledge of IT Service Management, processes, tools, routines and guidelines
  • Extensive knowledge of company IT policies, guidelines, principles, information security and application in daily work
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts related to procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets
  • General knowledge of the digital landscape (central and in different countries) and how it supports operations
  • General knowledge of company IT infrastructure standards and environments
  • General understanding of the business impact of service requests and incidents per country
  • Basic knowledge of project and change management
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a link between technology and users to ensure smooth operation of digital services
  • Understand and address end-user needs and align IT services accordingly
  • Stay updated on technology standards, trends, and innovations
  • Apply company IT policies and information security practices in daily operations
  • Identify and propose improvements to IT processes and tools
