Master Data Information Architect

We are seeking a strategic and committed Information Architect to develop and drive our master data efforts at Region Blekinge, supporting the foundation for the region's future digitalization.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in information architecture, informatics, computer science, IT or equivalent
  • Documented experience in information architecture, master data management (MDM) or data modeling
  • Good knowledge of methods and tools for metadata and master data management
  • Experience with information standards and public information regulations
  • Understanding of how information quality impacts business development
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and expansion of the master data function
  • Create strategies, processes and guidelines for master data management
  • Map and document information flows and data structures
  • Design information models and structure the data catalog
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business development and key stakeholders
  • Contribute expertise on information architecture in development projects
  • Educate and support the organization on the importance of good information management
  • Stay updated on developments in digitalization, information governance and architecture
  • Participate in developing processes related to information supply
