HIL Developer

We are looking for an experienced HIL Developer to join our dynamic automotive software development team at Alten Sverige AB in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role involves collaboration with leading automotive manufacturers on cutting-edge R&D projects focused on automotive function development. Candidates should have a relevant university degree, experience in MIL, SIL, HIL development and testing, and proficiency with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Python, CAPL scripting or C/C++. Experience with continuous integration, automotive communication protocols, and tools from dSpace or Vector is required. Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Windows automation is meritorious. The position is full-time within a collaborative, quality-focused, and analytical work culture.
Main requirements:
  • University Degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in relevant field
  • Experience of MIL, SIL, HIL development and testing
  • Knowledge in Matlab/Simulink, Python or CAPL scripting or C/C++ development
  • Practical experience of working with Continuous Integration (CI/CD)
  • Experience of tools from either dSpace or Vector
  • Knowledge in vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
