As a System Administrator within the Technology & Service Department, you will manage and develop business systems primarily supporting the Care and Social Welfare divisions, working closely with users and IT teams.
Main requirements:
  • Manage and develop business systems supporting care and social welfare services, primarily Life Care.
  • Implement new systems or modules and provide user support.
  • Collaborate closely with IT unit and external suppliers for system configuration and upgrades.
  • Conduct needs analysis and monitor relevant external developments.
  • Work primarily in a team supporting care and social welfare staff.
  • Hold higher education in IT and/or relevant professional experience, preferably within municipal operations.
  • Have structured work habits with clear processes and good planning skills.
  • Be analytical and communicative with good collaboration capabilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • System management and development focused on Life Care within care and social welfare main unit.
  • Introduction and implementation of new systems or modules.
  • User support and training.
  • Collaboration with IT unit and external suppliers for system configuration and upgrades.
  • Needs analysis and environmental scanning related to systems.
  • Work in a team supporting care and social welfare personnel.
Required hard skills:
  • Practical knowledge and experience managing various IT systems.
  • Knowledge of IT-related matters.
  • Experience with Life Care system (preferable).
  • Understanding of social services operations (preferable).
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent professional experience.
