Techster Solutions is experiencing an exciting growth phase and is looking for colleagues, initially you with at least 3+ years of experience to strengthen the team. The role involves designing and verifying processes, methods, and scripts for software download and testing of car electrical functions and components in manufacturing engineering. You will ensure feedback to R&D to meet manufacturing attributes like quality and cost efficiency, coordinate and execute production testing, and manage test plans and results. We seek a committed and proactive engineer passionate about cars, analytical, target-oriented with strong communication skills and a service focus. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Experience with production processes, automotive product development, software, vehicle control systems, and automation assembly is meritorious. Knowledge of electrical communication concepts (Wireless, CAN/FlexRay, IP/UDP, Software Download, Diagnostic) is a plus. Main requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and verify processes, methods, and scripts for software downloading and activation.
- Test car electrical functions and components.
- Provide product and process feedback to R&D to ensure manufacturing attributes are met.
- Coordinate and execute production test activities.
- Create test plans and manage test scopes.
- Consolidate test results and handle issue resolution.
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of software download and vehicle control systems.
- Experience in automation assembly processes.
- Understanding of production processes and automotive product development.
