IT Support Technician role providing helpdesk and onsite technical support with focus on healthcare systems, IT, and telephony. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, installation and configuration of systems, mainly on-site in Eskilstuna or Nyköping, Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Experience working with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Citrix
- Experience in incident management, telephone support, and remote control tools
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support mainly via phone and ticket systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently
- Configure and install computers and software tailored to company needs
- Support Windows operating systems and standard applications
- Deliver daily user support to the entire organization
