Etraveli Group AB seeks a Senior Java Developer to join their tech team focused on online flight sales. Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong Java or Spring Framework skills
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills for team and stakeholder interaction
  • Understanding of travel industry and interest in industry trends
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement features for core backend system processing millions of requests daily
  • Collaborate closely with software and product developers
  • Write and test code including unit tests
  • Document and communicate work within the team
  • Participate in daily stand-up and weekly planning/retrospective meetings
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and standards
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new features
