As the Applied AI Engineer at Voi Technology, you will unlock the potential of Generative AI within the organization by applying it to real-world challenges to drive innovation and efficiency. You will develop frameworks and tooling to integrate Gen AI into products, build pragmatic production-ready AI solutions, collaborate across teams to create value through AI, ensure solutions are scalable, cost-efficient, secure, and stay updated with AI trends to shape AI adoption strategy.
Main requirements:
  • Software engineering background, ideally in backend or ML development and system integration
  • Experience using Generative AI and Large Language Model technologies in production (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, vector databases, RAG, AI agents)
  • Curiosity and pragmatism with a focus on delivering real value
  • Experience building AI-powered applications integrated with real-world systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Responsibilities:
  • Develop frameworks and tooling to ease integration of Generative AI for R&D teams
  • Design and build pragmatic, production-ready Generative AI solutions for business use cases
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to understand challenges and apply AI where it adds value
  • Balance innovation with practicality, choosing the right AI tools for the job
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-efficient, secure, and follow best practices for AI in production
  • Stay updated with AI developments and contribute to defining the company's AI adoption strategy
