Poker Operations Manager

We are seeking a Poker Operations Manager passionate about poker, technology, and operations to join our team in Malmö (preferred) or Tallinn. The role involves being the primary operational contact, collaborating with poker operations managers, affiliates, and technical teams to manage incidents, assess and report bugs, support onboarding processes, and enhance continuous improvement efforts across our poker platform. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a background or strong understanding of poker.
Main requirements:
  • Strong interest in technology and digital systems
  • Background in or strong understanding of poker
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary operational point of contact for poker-related matters
  • Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new partners and clients
  • Assess, reproduce, and report bugs via ticketing systems
  • Handle incident response and communication
  • Follow up on incidents and support post-incident resolution
  • Submit improvement tickets and assist in developing better processes
  • Work with back-office systems including onboarding, maintenance, and releases
  • Provide support in QA and testing processes
Required hard skills:
