Main requirements:
  • Successfully completed upper secondary education with passing grades in Swedish and English.
  • Approval from the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company.
  • Valid appointment as a Security Guard.
  • Documented full-time experience of at least 2 years as a Security Guard.
  • Good social competence and willingness to support people in need.
  • Calm, service-oriented, organized, able to handle stress.
  • Independent work ethic as well as good team skills.
  • Honest, helpful, attentive, responsible personality that creates a sense of security for others.
Responsibilities:
  • Create safety through presence and maintain public order according to the security guard profession.
  • Assist people and help those in need within the assigned work environment.
Required hard skills:
  • Upper secondary education with Swedish and English.
  • Valid security guard appointment.
  • Approval by authority for employment in security company.
  • At least 2 years documented full-time experience as security guard.
