As a Project Manager at Sopra Steria, you play a vital role in delivering to our clients. You will operate at the intersection of IT and business, leading, motivating, and encouraging your team towards self-management and collaboration. Projects vary in size and complexity, working with colleagues from Sopra Steria nationally and clients. You should be well-versed in traditional project methodologies as well as agile frameworks, with experience leading implementation or development projects for digital solutions. You must be comfortable working with customers, stakeholders in complex environments, and have a genuine interest in digitalization and technology, sharing our vision of simplifying and improving daily life through innovative, sustainable, and inclusive solutions.
Main requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in digitalization
  • Experience managing technical deliveries and implementation projects onsite with clients
  • Experienced in follow-up and reporting according to agreed processes
  • Strong business acumen enabling participation in client business development
  • Relevant higher education (university or college degree)
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage digitalization projects involving IT and business
  • Motivate and guide teams toward self-management and cooperation
  • Manage relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders in complex environments
