An experienced and driven technical IT Project Manager passionate about leading projects and delivering world-class results. Lead strategically important IT projects across various industries, managing the entire project cycle from planning and execution to follow-up and delivery, with a focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT project management.
  • Background in either system development or infrastructure.
  • Experience managing project budgets and resources.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Swedish citizenship is mandatory.
  • Pass background checks and security clearance due to client requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic IT projects from start to finish.
  • Plan, execute, follow up, and deliver projects ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
Required hard skills:
  • Project management experience within IT.
  • Knowledge of project management models (PM3 or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Experience working in technically complex environments with high demands on security and quality.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Background as a consulting project leader or similar role.
  • Familiarity with PM3 project governance model.
