As a project manager at Sopra Steria, you play a key role in delivery to our customers. You work at the intersection of IT and business, using your ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team towards self-management and collaboration. Projects vary in size and involve colleagues nationally and at customer locations. We expect you to have experience with both classic and agile project methodologies, leadership experience in implementation or development projects of digital solutions, and comfort working with customers and stakeholders in complex environments. A genuine interest in digitalization and technical solutions and sharing our vision for innovative solutions for a sustainable and equal future is important.
Main requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience within digitalization
  • Experienced in leading technical deliveries and implementation projects onsite at customers
  • Experience with monitoring and reporting according to agreed processes
  • Good business acumen enabling involvement in customer's business development
  • Relevant higher education (university or college)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate project teams in implementing digital solutions
  • Manage project delivery at customer sites
  • Conduct follow-up and reporting of project progress per process
  • Engage with customers, orderers, and stakeholders in complex environments
  • Drive digital transformation projects aligned with customer business goals
