We are growing and want to expand! We are looking for several system developers to join our competent team in Luleå. Welcome to become part of our great team! As a consultant, you will have a varied job with many different tasks. You will be offered consulting assignments where you quickly develop your own competence and knowledge in relevant areas. Our customers are mainly medium and large companies with exciting environments at the technical forefront.
Main requirements:
  • Strong technical interest and motivation to work with new technology.
  • Enjoy coding and problem solving.
  • Systematic working approach with grounded professionalism.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively with others.
  • Deliver projects on time.
  • Recently graduated or have 1 to several years of experience in programming.
  • Preferably hold a university or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledge can compensate somewhat for lack of complete formal education.
  • Prior experience as a system developer professionally or through personal projects is meritorious.
  • Good understanding of agile development methods, e.g., Scrum.
  • Good command of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Possibility to undergo and pass security clearance according to applicable regulations.
  • Certain positions may require citizenship based on security classification requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a consultant on diverse customer assignments.
  • Develop and enhance own skills and knowledge in relevant technical areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver projects on schedule.
Required hard skills:
  • Programming experience in at least one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Golang.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies including Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (oral and written).
