Responsibilities:
  • Ensure support documentation is accurate, updated, and easily accessible
  • Drive continuous development and improvements of servicedesk services
  • Work with shift-left to enhance team skills and resolution rates
  • Represent the servicedesk in customer dialogues and collaborations
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and colleagues
  • Support the team with structure, processes, and quality assurance
