We are looking for an experienced System Design Engineer – Signal Communication to work in the automotive sector consulting. The role involves developing AUTOSAR system models and shared network communication databases, contributing to automated toolchains for DBC generation, and collaborating across engineering teams in a global, multicultural environment onsite in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main requirements:
  • M.Sc. in Electrical or Software Engineering or equivalent
  • 10 years’ experience in automotive software development
  • Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR
  • Proficient with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet protocols
  • Experience with SystemWeaver or similar tools
  • Programming in Python
  • Experience with configuration management systems such as Git
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Self-driven and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Develop AUTOSAR system models and communication databases for shared automotive networks
  • Drive signal communication development for truck platforms
  • Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure quality communication solutions
  • Utilize CAN, LIN, and Ethernet protocols
  • Work with tools like SystemWeaver for network communication
  • Contribute to automation of toolchain for DBC generation
