Senior Project Manager

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. Serve as the key onsite contact between clients and delivery teams, coordinate project scope and objectives, and maintain project documentation and governance.
Main requirements:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery
  • Act as primary onsite liaison between client and delivery teams
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication strategies
  • Drive governance with regular updates and executive reporting
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance
  • Mentor and guide project team members
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets

  • Define project scope and success criteria collaboratively

  • Conduct regular status updates and steering committee meetings

  • Mentor project team members fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Assist in pre-sales and solutioning activities when required
