As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work in a varied role involving developing, managing, and improving ServiceNow solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts and colleagues to design and implement the best solutions. You will engage in both internal and external projects, handling configuration, system administration, testing, deployment, and documentation. The role encourages continuous development through training and certification in ServiceNow, and offers exciting projects such as building new graphical interfaces, integrations with business systems, AI/machine learning enhancements, and onboarding new customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with clear impact on business-critical workflows, and the chance to influence decisions.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in development within ServiceNow, including integrations and automation in Customer Service Management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written, due to client requirements.
  • Proactive technical doer who is solution-oriented and thorough in follow-up and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in solution dialogues, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Configure and administer systems in internal and external projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create better workflows and smarter solutions for the platform.
  • Engage in diverse projects including UI development, integration with business systems, AI/machine learning features, and customer onboarding.
Required hard skills:
  • ServiceNow development experience (integrations and automation, especially within Customer Service Management).
  • Technical design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Testing, deployment, and documentation skills.
