Lead and develop the Network Analysis Local Network North-South within Asset Optimisation at Vattenfall Eldistribution, contributing to Sweden's electrification and fossil-free future by managing strategic network development plans, system technical solutions, and operational development.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum three years leadership experience within electrical installations, industry, or infrastructure.
  • Experience working with process-heavy operations and facility investments.
  • Experience in digitalizing work processes and driving projects to implement digital tools and workflows.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing major organizational changes requiring strategic planning and strong leadership.
  • Relevant technical academic education, preferably in electrical power engineering.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Valid B driver's license.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Network Analysis Local Network North-South department within Asset Optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Network Optimisation, other departments, and external contacts.
  • Responsible for departmental operations, goal fulfillment, and development.
  • Create conditions for employee development and success, build strong teams and drive change.
  • Communicate effectively to inspire and engage employees.
  • Evaluate needs and prioritize efforts strategically for optimal results.
