Main requirements:
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent education
  • Experience as project manager and/or change manager, preferably within public sector
  • Experience with business development especially digitalization
  • Broad general IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead digitalization projects in various municipal sectors such as education, care, technical administration
  • Collaborate closely with commissioning managers and business representatives
  • Gather requirements, map processes, and model information
  • Lead change management and develop project/change methods
  • Monitor external developments and network with other municipalities and actors
  • Support business functions in new technology implementations like AI, contributing to competence and work method changes
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and guide users in new digital solutions
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget, building trust in the unit's work
