Lead important digitalization projects in Solna city driving public benefit and innovation across various public sectors like school, care, technical administration, and support functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT partners to deliver stable, secure IT operations and digital transformation.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent education
- Experience as project manager and/or change manager, preferably within public sector
- Experience with business development especially digitalization
- Broad general IT knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead digitalization projects in various municipal sectors such as education, care, technical administration
- Collaborate closely with commissioning managers and business representatives
- Gather requirements, map processes, and model information
- Lead change management and develop project/change methods
- Monitor external developments and network with other municipalities and actors
- Support business functions in new technology implementations like AI, contributing to competence and work method changes
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and guide users in new digital solutions
- Deliver projects on time and on budget, building trust in the unit's work
