Lead and manage SAP consultants while also working operationally as a project manager and service manager within Implema's SAP team in Stockholm. This role involves ensuring staff well-being and development, driving SAP projects, customer development, and maintaining strong relationships.
Main requirements:
  • Experience building and maintaining strong business relationships in customer-facing environments
  • Strong communication skills with clarity internally and externally
  • Solid operational SAP experience and project management, preferably with ERP projects
  • Experience with established project methodologies
  • Previous personnel management experience or desire to take on leadership role
  • Continuous professional development and practical implementation understanding
  • Constructive problem-solving approach with focus on sustainable solutions
Responsibilities:
  • Coach and support consultants to ensure they thrive and develop
  • Manage personnel needs and foster a nurturing team environment
  • Participate in SAP leadership team
  • Lead and distribute work within customer teams
  • Plan and execute SAP upgrades, releases, and business process optimizations
  • Own projects end-to-end: customer meetings, contracts, budgeting, planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Support customers with change management to maximize value of their investments
Required hard skills:
