As a technical lead Java at Ticket, you work with driven and humble winners in one of our teams responsible for the technology that sells our trips! The job involves developing new and improving functions and systems connected to Ticket's e-commerce platform. We also assist our business owners in functional discussions. You will have great opportunities to lead and drive the development in our environments.
Main requirements:
- Relevant education such as bachelor's, master's or civil engineering degree.
- Several years of experience in Java development; exact years less important than skills.
- Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience as a senior developer with a mindset of being a catalyst for team performance, not just focused on personal coding.
- Interest in the interface between technology, product, and users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure chosen solutions meet the company's functional needs and technical vision.
- Act as a mentor and develop other team members.
- Take leadership roles such as Scrum Master when needed.
- Interview, evaluate, support and develop team members.
- Support and be close to product owners and other stakeholders.
