Security guard position at SOS Alarm, responsible for access control, visitor management, patrols, and incident response to contribute to a safer Sweden.
Main requirements:
- Completed basic security guard training
- B driver's license
- Good health and physical condition
- Minimum 3 years experience in security industry
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good high school grades in Swedish and English (at least grade E or equivalent)
- Unblemished criminal record
- Drug free
- Organized, methodical working style with calm and empathetic personality
- Service-oriented and solution-focused attitude
Responsibilities:
- Manage visitor access and visitor system administration
- Conduct internal and external patrols of the premises
- Respond to incidents with appropriate interventions
- Escort contractors and visitors
- Perform preventative security checks
- Patrol using vehicle
Required hard skills:
- Basic security guard training
- B driver's license
- Swedish language proficiency (spoken and written)
