Consultant role supporting anchoring efforts for implementation of the 'kostnad per brukare' (KPB) methodology in Malmö, Sweden. The assignment involves conducting data analysis within the city's secure IT environment, delivering presentations and supporting change management to ensure successful application of KPB for assessing cost effectiveness of interventions and services. The role runs from August to December 2025 with potential extension.
Main requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the 'kostnad per brukare' (KPB) methodology
  • Familiarity with the final report for Malmö’s labor and social administration (delivery August 2025)
  • Capability and experience to carry out the assignment independently
  • Conduct all data analysis within the city’s designated IT environment, including secure access to data lake
Responsibilities:
  • Support anchoring efforts for KPB methodology implementation
  • Deliver oral presentations to all managers and administration leadership
  • Provide change management and implementation support
  • Conduct introductory presentations within two operational tracks: BoU and VuX
  • Provide targeted support to department heads
  • Maintain ongoing check-ins with project stakeholders
