IT Support Technician for Evening & Night Shifts

We are looking for dedicated IT support technicians for full-time evening and night shifts. Your main role will be to resolve and manage incoming IT issues, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations outside regular office hours. Opportunities exist for both junior and senior technicians to grow and make a difference.
Main requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience working in IT support
  • Education in IT, either secondary or post-secondary
  • Experience working with Windows and mobile services
  • Experience with Active Directory and technical documentation
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Positive attitude toward problem solving and challenges
Responsibilities:
  • Incident and case management via ticketing systems
  • User support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding including installations and configuration for new and departing employees
  • Support and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues related to computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Participate in IT projects contributing to improvements and system upgrades
  • Ensure all issues are managed and resolved efficiently
