Main requirements:
  • Academic degree in project management, IT, technology, system science, or equivalent education assessed by employer
  • Several years of experience leading digital projects
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various professional roles
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and follow up digital projects from idea to finished solution
  • Collaborate with departments to identify improvement opportunities and develop digital solutions
  • Coordinate projects and resources across departments and with external partners
  • Work with portfolio management and development within the municipal group
  • Develop methods and tools for efficient project management and strengthen the municipality's competence through support and training
